Your shirt is printed on demand and shipped from our production partner’s facility in Latvia. This ensures fast delivery across Europe and reduces unnecessary overproduction.

We deliver to Finland and most European countries. Maybe globally in the future!

Please allow approximately 7–21 business days for delivery in Europe, but for example to Finland it normally takes under one week.

While we always aim to deliver as quickly as possible, we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates. Once your order is paid (including shipping fees), it’s sent into production and handed over to the carrier for delivery.

At that point, the order is considered fulfilled and legally yours. Any delays in transit are unfortunately outside our direct control — but we’re always here to help if problems arise.

Shipping costs vary based on destination and order size. You’ll see the final shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

All our T-shirts are shipped in a discreet, compact, protective, padded brown envelope for a minimal and eco-friendly look. On the outside, you’ll find a small Bitcoin T-shirt Club logo, but nothing flashy or branded.

Yes. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

First, double-check your surroundings and ask your neighbors or building management — sometimes carriers leave packages in shared spaces or with nearby recipients.

Please also check your nearest parcel locker or pick-up point, especially in countries like Finland, where deliveries are often made to automated parcel machines rather than your home address.

If you still can’t locate the package within 2–3 business days of the “Delivered” status, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

You can also reach out to us at bitcointshirtclub@pcapu.fi, and we’ll be happy to help investigate the issue. However, once a package is marked as delivered, the carrier is typically responsible for locating it.

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 21 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us at bitcointshirtclub@pcapu.fi.

We’ll investigate the issue with our shipping partner. If the order is confirmed lost in transit, we’ll replace it at no extra cost. Before we do that, we may ask you to:

• Confirm that the shipping address was correct
• Contact the carrier to try to locate the missing parcel

Important: If the tracking shows that the order was delivered, but you haven’t received it, we unfortunately can’t cover a replacement. In such cases, any reshipments would be at your own expense.
